The resort is a 1,600-acre private oceanfront paradise surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway, featuring more than 2 miles of white sand beach, swimming pools, bike and rollerblade rentals, bike and jogging trails, and one of the nations' Top 5 Kid's Recreation Programs.  Boaters will enjoy the convienence of docking at the Wild Dunes Marina.

Wild Dunes is a Silver Medal award winning resort by GOLF Magazine, featuring two Tom Fazio-designed championship golf courses, the world renowned Links and the spectacular Harbor Course.  A Top 10 tennis resort by Tennis Magazine, the Wild Dunes Tennis Center offers 17 Har-Tru courts including a stadium court. Five courts are lighted for evening play. It is the former site of the U.S. Men's Clay Court Championships.

The full service Fitness Center offers a healthy workout as well as a selection of professional health and fitness services. Indulge in your choice of massage therapy appointments, personal training/sport specific strength training and steam or sauna sessions.  Advanced cardiovascular and weight training equipment is available.

Charleston, one of the most beautiful and historic cities in America, is just 20 minutes from Wild Dunes. Charleston offers world-class cultural events, fabulous restaurants, plenty of galleries and shops, including the Old Market where artisans carry on a centuries-old tradition of basket weaving. 

Dining

Enjoy many great resturants at Wild Dunes.  Inside the gates there are four dining choices including the posh Sea Island Grill, Edgar's Resturant overlooking the golf course, Duney's at The Grand Pavilion, and the casual Dunes Deli & Pizzaria.  The nearby marina also has a wonderful resturant, Morgan's Creek Grill, where you can enjoy the scenery as boats pass by on the intercostal waterway dining either inside or on the top deck.
